After another successful community event that brought in at least double the attendance of the 2025 Meetup at the Cannabis Museum, we hope you have a better idea of what the Southeast Ohio Fibershed works toward! Please read the attached items for some updates about the Fibershed Meetup and our Membership drive.

- A resilient textile economy based in southeast Ohio that includes:
- Farmers of wool animals, such as sheep, goats, alpacas, and llamas, and those farmers who grow food and might be interested in growing plant-based fibers such as flax or cotton or dye plants.
- A community of makers and shakers who are at the heart of the creative side of textiles.
- People who share our vision of sustainability in textiles, that includes job creation and new manufacturing, right here in southeast Ohio.
